Did you know that some of the biggest businesses right now were founded during the last recession? Companies like Uber, WhatsApp, Venmo, Groupon, Slack, Square, and many others started during or shortly after the 2008 recession.
It’s my duty to lay the foundation for my empire and others by seeing the opportunities other people miss. I missed the opportunities during the last recession, I won’t make that same mistake again.
Right now it’s easy to get stuck focusing on all of the bad things going on. Trust...I get it. There are a lot of things I wish I could change. But one thing I’ve learned is that when I shift my mindset from what I can't control to what I CAN control, not only does some of the weight lift from my shoulders, but my creative juices flow. I’m an entrepreneur...meaning, if I stay in a negative headspace, my bank account could easily follow, but if I focus on seeing opportunity, even amid chaos, the possibilities are endless.
